We’re excited to welcome you into our 㽶 School of Pharmacy family. To secure your place and prepare for a successful start, follow these steps:

  1. – File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid to be considered for federal loans and need‑based grants.
  2. Accept Your Admission Offer – Log in to your application portal to accept your offer and confirm your seat.
  3. Submit Your Security Deposit – After accepting your offer you’ll be prompted to pay your deposit, which unlocks registration and advising access.
  4. Apply for Housing – When housing applications open, you’ll receive an email with instructions to submit your housing request.
  5. Send Official Final Transcript by August 1 – Have your final transcripts sent directly to 㽶 by the deadline.
  6. Complete All Required Forms by August 1 – Log in to your Certiphi account to complete your drug screening and background check, and send your immunization information to the Office of Experiential Education.  
  7. Check Your Email Regularly – We’ll send important updates about deadlines, forms and events to your personal email.
  8. Experience 㽶 for Yourself – If you haven’t visited yet, schedule a campus tour to meet faculty and future classmates.

When housing applications open, you’ll receive an email with instructions to submit your housing request.

Please send your final official transcripts to our office; an official transcript is only marked complete if we receive it unopened from the high school or institution. High school transcripts should include your graduation date. College transcripts should include final grades for all courses taken. If final transcripts are not received, it may impact the disbursement of financial aid and/or awarding of transfer credits.

Prerequisite coursework must be complete. Accepted applicants should arrange for all transcripts to be sent directly to the pharmacy school (and not to PharmCAS) by submitting official transcripts to:

You will be contacted directly to log in to your Certiphi account to complete your drug screening and background check.

Stay connected! Your personal email address will be your lifeline for important updates about deposit deadlines, required forms, and upcoming events.

Once you receive your official acceptance letter without contingencies, you may apply for a pharmacy intern certificate through the by submitting your letter, application, and fee. Certificates may be issued up to 90 days before pharmacy school begins.

With your certificate, you can apply for pharmacy intern positions.

Class of 2030 Orientation Week; information will be sent via email to all incoming students. Be sure to obtain health insurance prior to matriculation and be prepared to sign a form stating you have health insurance during orientation week.

Additional Program Requirements

Students enrolled in the School of Pharmacy must meet certain insurance requirements during the program. Students are responsible for the associated costs:

  • Professional Liability Insurance: Maintain individual coverage and provide proof upon request
  • Health Insurance Coverage: Maintain active coverage throughout the program
