Facility Rental

Facility Rental Requirements

If an event is being held on campus and is not sponsored by an official University organization, the following conditions must be met:

  1. “”Ģżā€œFacilities Utilization Contractā€Ģżmust be completed and signed by both theĢżChief Financial OfficerĢżand an authoritative Representative of the sponsoring group, at least one week prior to the scheduled event.
  2. A reservationĢżcannotĢżbe confirmed until proof of event insurance is provided which names ā€œĻć½¶Šć Universityā€ as an additionally insured.Ģż
  3. The MINIMUM limits of coverage for event insurance are:
    • Each Occurrence:Ģż$1,000,000
    • Damage to Property:Ģż$300,000
    • Medical Expense:Ģż$10,000 (each occurrence)
    • Personal and ADV Injury:Ģż$1,000,000
    • General Aggregate:Ģż$2,000,000
    • Products-Comp AGG:Ģż$2,000,000Ģż
  4. A feeĢżmustĢżbe assessed which covers basic operational expenses such as utilities, setup, takedown, janitorial, etc.Ģż
